We are home!

Levi is one week old today... it's been crazy and time is flying so fast, but we are doing great! Scott's first reaction to Levi was "ok.. there's a baby here, where's its mommy?" So far we have seen no jealously from either one of us giving attention to the baby. With every diaper change, Scott is right there watching. A few days after being home, Scott gave Levi is kiss. We praised him so now everytime he kisses Levi, he looks for his praise.

Levi is demanding a lot of mommy, he is a VERY healthy eater but also a good sleeper which has given mommy and daddy lots of good hours of sleep. He is a "hold me" baby just like Scott was. He likes to feel secure.

Levi had his first dr check-up on Tuesday and he goes again next week. I'm thinking he will be back at birth weight by the next visit.

I am almost done taking his "newborn pictures" and once I get some more free time to edit them (and get my birth announcements ordered) then I will post them.

Scott is LOVING having daddy home. He has learned to play "hide and seek". Daddy will hide himself or an object and I stay with Scott and count to 5, then he goes looking. He gets so excited, it's so funny to watch. He also loves to wrestle with daddy.
